Prices include use of swimming pool, consumption of electricity and water, bed linen, satellite TV, use of barbecue, garden equipment and gas for domestic use. Prices are quoted per week.
Short Term: Minimum 2 nights 50.00 Euros per person per day
Payments:
Deposit of 30% by way of reservation.
Balance within 30 days preceding the period booked.
For reservations made 30 days before the 'beginning of the period required, must be paid the' full price.
At the time of 'arrival will be left with a deposit of 200.00 euros which will be returned upon departure, after inspection by the owner.
Upon departure, must be paid on site:
- The consumption of gas heating for periods longer than 2 nights in the winter.
- Final cleaning with a fixed cost of 50.00 euros per apartment
